1. Open Master Diary

2. Choose a Category

3. Add the key actors, locations etc. you want to track availability for

4. Add to the Context Menu and Set a Color

5. Select Dates(s) and ctrl-click (right button mouse click) to use the Context Menu

6. Day out of Days shows Colors for all Actors etc. and Dates / Availability
